Description
Arida Endo-san was my late father-in-law. In California he raised japanese maples and sold them to nurseries.he gave me many trees because I was growing bonsai trees at the time. When my family and I moved to CT, I brought them with me, and planted most of them around the house. the soil was just right for creating beautiful colorations, what made them so special, other than the fact that they were given to me by my late father-in-law, was that they changed color late, after all the other deciduous trees had finished their show, then the maples would glow with orange, yellow and red, and would set the house ablaze with spectacular warmth. I post this image in remembrance of the trees and my father-in-law. I sold the house last September, the new owners cut down all the trees.
