Description
This painting was featured in the movie 'The Longest Ride'.Kami Hito e means a fine line, like between genius and madness, and other similar examples, love and hate for one.... I always felt that the image on the left was female, I don't know why. This was painted on the same sheet of paper, I had folded it over after I did the line shape. Was playing around with a concept, and before It was finished I unfolded it and liked the way the two shapes were so different, yet seemed to somehow complimented each other, so I didn't finish the right side, and left as it is... Now wasn't that boring??

I would like to mention that the painting 'Hits and Mrs.( along with 6 or 7 other paintings) is featured prominently in the recent movie 'The Longest Ride'. I was curious as to how they could tie Abstract Expressionist art into a movie about bull riding, now I know, and it was interesting.

Thank you very much Persuasion for the nice compliment and comments. You are right about finished and unfinished. If I had not unfolded the paper, I would have continued on with the painting, the feminine shape made it complete, sort of like life... Happy trails!!
