Artist's Description
Many years ago found an old book that was missing half of its pages, the pages that were left had small silk screened images on them, I could never find out who and when it was created. This was one of them, I embellished it with the use of my fax machine and other material, such as an eye that opens and closes when your view changes. My optometrist had a business card that had an eye that opens and closes when moved, I peeled it off the card and made it transparent and glued it over the figures head to show enlightenment. Used my fax machine to make overlays that creates interesting glossy black lines in the flat black shape. The Japanese calligraphy is from a cookie wrapper, very enlightening in the zen way.
